As the air begins to shift with a mild coolness, I can feel the change of a new season embark on me. I begin the month of October with excitement and delight. Nature begins anew settling...Colors change the everyday scene and creatures take on another transformation.
Now the month of October also brings in the beginning of holidays. Ahhh……holidays. And the one that always comes to mind in the month of October is…Halloween. Dressing up!
People, no mater what age, always enjoy dressing up. What does dressing up mean to you???
Stop - look around and you’ll recognize that each of us is always dressing up; everyday. As I take a look around, each individual dresses up on a daily basis. The style of clothing that is available always permits one to wear what it is they are comfortable wearing. It could be: basic style, exotic style, making a statement style, a celebrity style, budget style or whatever goes style. I call it the whatever goes style because seeing individuals wearing PJ’s in the outside world is another form of style.
But, Halloween style, ahhhh…costumes. Renaissance, Medieval, early 1800’s, 1900’s,1920’s,1940’s…then you have the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
And no matter what the era of time we choose to dress up for the occasion; Halloween is an acceptable time of the year to show the more courageous side of you.
Well, why not all year long…
Here at Intimate Sparkz we think dress-up should be an all year round occurrence. Why not? Dressing up adds to your character for inside fun as well as the outside fun you have in the month of October. Both men and women love to venture into other areas within themselves.
